If you believe anyone is violating (1) any law; or (2) any Company policy such as inappropriate conduct, we need to please know about it immediately using this form (https://rigardyou.com/report-an-abuse/).

There are multiple options for you to let us know about your concerns:
- Online, for registered users: Our Admin allows you to submit your concerns online 24/7; Use this form for contacting us! You can find it also in the main menu opf the website named as “Report an Abuse“ when you will logged in.
- Online, reserved to our registered form: Any other abuse or infringement of the rules of this site can be submitted with this form, when you will logged in.
- Online, free to not registered users: for the not-registered users, you can write to our admins indicating the type of infringement or non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions of Use using this form.
Timing is Crucial
Please notify the Company promptly if you are aware of any violations of law or Company policy. Prompt reporting will serve to enhance the Company’s ability to investigate effectively and to preserve important evidence for future proceedings, including, for example, legal and disciplinary proceedings.
Confidentiality is Critical
Confidentiality is critical to help ensure all concerns and complaints are reviewed and (as appropriate) investigated objectively and fairly to everyone involved. Please know that all concerns and complaints are important to us; however, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue, it will take time to evaluate the concern. Subject to all laws and Company policies, we will keep you apprised of developments. Please know that in some circumstances we may not be able to share with you the resolution or specific actions taken by the Company.
Anonymous Complaints
Please know that all complaints are reviewed and handled with care and concern for our employees. If a concern is reported anonymously, it will be reviewed to the extent possible. However, anonymous complaints may affect the Company’s ability to investigate and respond effectively.
No Retaliation
No one may be discouraged from notifying the Company of any complaint or concern. If you believe that you or anyone that has filed a claim is receiving any type of negative treatment as a result of notifying the Company of a concern, please notify us by filling this form.
Process for Review
Our staff will take care of randomly analyzing user profiles and uploads, as well as entering anonymously in GHOST mode in the shows in progress to check that the rules of the Terms and Conditions of Use described and accepted on the site have not been broken.
These rules and conditions of use are valid as a “point and click” e-contract.
Any complaints can be forwarded using the communication form with the admins. As already written, we remind you, however, that the admins of the site are responsible for assessing compliance with the rules indicated in the Terms and Conditions and accepted during registration.
Any infractions reported will be analyzed by our admins, and will be treated in various ways at their sole discretion.
Review of the Registration
Our admins will evaluate, at their sole discretion, which Performer accounts can be activated after an analysis process lasting up to 15 business days.
After the review of the registration, the User will receive a confirmation/rejecting e-mail.
Any discrepancies in filling in the registration fields and/or unclear images of the documents required for registration will be rejected by our admins.
Notice that the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Use constitutes a contract between Simakks Ltd. and its registered users (e-contract “Point and Click” type).
The registration form will NOT be activated without acceptance of the Terms and Conditions during registration, therefore it will be assumed that every member of our site has read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions of Use. This acceptance constitutes an e-contract, and therefore will have legal value. Possible Actions Taken
Our staff will evaluate the type of infringement committed, and depending on its seriousness, will be able to:
1. Delete the multimedia material on the site or stop the live streaming transmission. In this case, our staff will send a warning email to the user (client or performer) asking him to respect the Terms and Conditions signed during registration in the future.
2. Cancel the user account, without returning any credits already accumulated and without crediting the tokens to other accounts. We usually avoid this intervention, but in the most serious cases we could be forced to close the user account.
3. In the most serious cases, we may ban the user’s IP and warn the authorities responsible for monitoring online crimes. Keep in mind that we could appear as a civil party in any proceedings that damage the good name and reputation of our site and their members.
Conflicts of Interest
Please know that your concerns will only be shared with Company individuals that need to know about the issue in order to appropriately and adequately review and investigate the concern. In the event your concern involves an individual that would typically be involved or made aware of such a concern, please know that the Company will take all reasonable steps to avoid any conflicts of interest. We have processes in place to allow alternate individuals evaluate the concern when potential conflicts of interest arise. Typically, Admins and only individuals relevant to the concern will be involved in the investigation. Our legal department may be involved as well depending on the nature and complexity of the concern. Please let us know of any potential conflicts of interest that you believe may or actually exist.
Timing
Each concern and complaint are unique and important to us. Therefore, it is impossible to provide a specific timeline for resolution of all complaints and concerns. However, Admins will begin its review and investigation process usually within three (3) business days of receiving the complaint or concern. Depending on the number of individuals involved and complexity, the investigation can take up to 7 (seven) business days.
